Delivery, Shipments and Returns

Shipping of your package: packages are usually shipped within 8 to 12 days after receipt of payment.
They are sent via LA POSTE, FEDEX or UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
There are no shipping costs. Shipping costs are always offered.

The legal withdrawal period: customers can initiate a return procedure within 14 days from the date of receipt. If the customer wishes to return his purchases, he is entitled to do so without necessarily providing any justification. However, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: if you use the return procedure, your merchandise will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return merchandise.

Stripe is a payment processing platform that allows to transfer money from a customer’s bank account to the business account using a credit card transaction. It’s an easy way to accept payments online, with no setup fees or monthly fees.
