The purchase was very smooth with excellent information and communication. The units were both beautifully engineered and finished with precise fitting explanations and template included. I took my time with fitting (measure 5 times and drilling once – LOL) the template helped with accurate fixing. Once set up; a relatively easy experience, the operation of both benders was smooth and accurate. Once bedded in, extraneous noise was minimal. In summary, the Certano benders and roller bridge have turned a well manufactured Gretsch 5700 inti a, much improved and totally different instrument. Add a good volume pedal and pedal steel sounds can be found easily. Well done Certano.
